INTERPRETATION (COPYRIGHT ACT — FEES) ORDER 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 46 (1) of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.—This Order may be cited as the Interpretation (Copyright Act — Fees) Order 2005 and shall come into operation on 18th April 2005.
Definitions
2.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires —
"designated representative" means a representative designated by a network service provider under section 193D (2) (c) or (4) (c) or 252C (2) (c) or (4) (c) of the Copyright Act (Cap. 63);
"directory of designated representatives" means the directory of designated representatives maintained by the Office under regulation 5(3) of the Copyright (Network Service Provider) Regulations 2005 (G.N. No. S 220/2005);
"Office" means the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore incorporated under the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore Act (Cap. 140).
Fees in respect of matters under Copyright Act
3.—The fee to be paid in respect of a matter under the Copyright Act (Cap. 63) set out in the first column of the Schedule shall be that specified in the second column thereof.
