455. Verordnung des Bundesministers für Land- und Forstwirtschaft über die Erweiterung des sachlichen

Anwendungsbereiches des Sortenschutzgesetzes

Auf Grund des § 2 Abs. 2 des Sortenschutzgesetzes, BGBl. Nr. 108/1993, wird verordnet:

§ 1. Zusätzlich zu den in § 2 Abs. l des Sortenschutzgesetzes angeführten Arten besteht Anspruch auf Erteilung des Sortenschutzes für Sorten folgender Arten.

  1. Ackerbohne (Vicia faba),
  2. Erbse (Pisum sativum partim) zur Nutzung als Körnererbse für Futterzwecke,
  3. Raps (Brassica napus var. napus),
  4. Sojabohne (Glycine max),
  5. Sonnenblume (Helianthus annuus).

§ 2. Diese Verordnung tritt mit 1. Juli 1994 in Kraft.

455. Decree of the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry on the expansion of the scope of application

of the Species Protection Act

Based on § 2, paragraph 2 of the Species Protection Act, BGBl. No. 108/1993, it is ruled that:

§ 1. In addition to the species mentioned under § 2, paragraph 1 of the Species Protection Act, the varieties of the following species shall also be granted protection under the Species Protection Act:

1. Horsebean (Vicia faba), 2. Peas (Pisum sativum partim) for use as grain fodder, 3. Rape (Brassica napus var. napus), 4. Soybean (Glycine max), 5. Sunflower (Helianthus annuus).

§ 2. This decree shall enter into force on July 1, 1994.
