Year of Version 2017 Dates Entry into force: January 1, 2006 Adopted: April 20, 2005 Type of Text IP-related Laws Subject Matter Enforcement of IP and Related Laws Notes This consolidated version of the Code of Enforcement Procedure incorporates all the amendments up to the Family Benefits Act (RT I, 08.07.2016, 1; hereinafter 'Amendment Act'), which was passed on June 15, 2016, and came into force on January 1, 2017; except for certain provisions as provided in its Article 88.
For the amendments introduced by Section 83 of the said Amendment Act, see the following provisions:
- Part 1, Chapter 2, Section 18, paragraphs 1^1 (amended), 1^2 (added); Chapter 3, Division 1, Section 23, paragraph 4^5 (added);
- Part 2, Chapter 6, Division 1, Section 65, paragraph 5 (repealed); Chapter 8, Division 5, Section 174, paragraph 3, 2^1).

The consolidated Code contains provisions related to intellectual property (see Part 1, Chapter 1, Section 2, paragraph (1), 23); Chapter 2, Section 12, paragraph (2^2); and Part 2, Chapter 7, Division 2, Section 130, paragraph (1), (1^1).
