Verordnung über die abschliessende Inkraftsetzung des Patentgerichtsgesetzes

vom 11. Mai 2011

Der Schweizerische Bundesrat, gestützt auf Artikel 42 des Patentgerichtsgesetzes vom 20. März 20091, verordnet:

Einziger Artikel 1 Das Patentgerichtsgesetz vom 20. März 2009 tritt unter Vorbehalt von Absatz 2 am 1. Januar 2012 in Kraft. 2 Bereits am 1. März 20102 in Kraft getreten sind:

a. Artikel 1–20, 22, 24, 25 und 33; b. Anhang Ziffer 1: Änderung des Bundespersonalgesetzes vom 24. März

20003.

du 11 mai 2011

Le Conseil fédéral suisse, vu l’art. 42 de la loi du 20 mars 2009 sur le Tribunal fédéral des brevets1

arrête:

Article unique 1 La loi du 20 mars 2009 sur le Tribunal fédéral des brevets entre en vigueur le 1er janvier 2012, sous réserve de l’al. 2. 2 Sont déjà entrés en vigueur le 1er mars 20102:

a. les art. 1 à 20, 22, 24, 25 et 33; b. le ch. 1 de l’annexe: modification de la loi du 24 mars 2000 sur le personnel

de la Confédération3.

Ordinanza sull’entrata in vigore integrale della legge sul Tribunale federale dei brevetti

dell’11 maggio 2011

Il Consiglio federale svizzero, visto l’articolo 42 della legge del 20 marzo 20091 sul Tribunale federale dei brevetti, ordina:

Articolo unico 1 Fatto salvo il capoverso 2, la legge del 20 marzo 2009 sul Tribunale federale dei brevetti entra in vigore il 1° gennaio 2012. 2 Sono già entrati in vigore il 1° marzo 20102:

a. gli articoli 1–20, 22, 24, 25 e 33; b. l’allegato numero 1: modifica della legge del 24 marzo 20003 sul personale

federale.
