Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 16(2)2 of the Customs Tariffe., makes the annexed CIFTA Ru/es of Origin Regulations.

Rules of Origin
1 The following provisions of the Canada-Israel Free Trade Agreement have the force of law in Canada:
(a) Article 3.1;
(b) paragraph 1 of Article 3.2;
(c) Articles 3.3 to 3.1O;
(d) paragraph 1 of Article 3.11;
(e)Articles 3.12 to 3.14; and
(f)Annexes 3.4 and 3.12.
Repeal 2 [Amendments]
Coming into Force
�3 These Regulations corne into force on the day on which the Act to amend the Canada-Israel Free Trade Agreement lmplementation Act and to make related amendments to other Acts, chapter 6 of the Statutes of Canada, 2019, cornes into force, but if they are registered after that day, they corne into force on the day on which they are registered.

Règles d'origine
1 Les dispositions ci-après de l'Accord de libre-échange Canada-Israël ont force de loi au Canada :
a) l'article 3.1;
b) le paragraphe 1 de l'article 3.2;
c) les articles 3.3 à 3.1O;
d) le paragraphe 1 de l'article 3.11;
e) les articles 3.12 à 3.14;
f) les annexes 3.4 et 3.12.
Abrogation
2 [Modifications]

Entrée en vigueur
:3 Le présent règlement entre en vigueur à la date d'entrée en vigueur de la Loi modifiant la Loi de mise en oeuvre de /'Accord de libre-échange Canada-Israël et apportant des modifications connexes à d'autres lois, chapitre 6 des Lois du Canada (2019), ou, si elle est postérieure, à la date de son enregistrement.
