Details Details Year of Version 2020 Dates Consolidated: April 25, 2020 Entry into force: July 1, 2001 Adopted: June 5, 2001 Type of Text IP-related Laws Subject Matter Industrial Property Subject Matter (secondary) IP Regulatory Body Notes This consolidated version of Law No. IX-352 of June 5, 2001 takes into account amendments up to "Law No. XIII-2857 of April 21, 2020, on Amendments to Article 6 of Law No. IX-352 on Fees for the Registration of Industrial Property Objects", which entered into force on April 25, 2020. Article 1 of the said amending Law No. XIII-2857 added paragraph 6 to Article 6 of this consolidated version of Law No. IX-352. Paragraph 6 relates to the suspension of payment of the fees and time limits which shall apply until withdrawal of restrictions related to free movement of persons or freedom of economic activities in the Republic of Lithuania. Date of withdrawal of suspension will be announced by a separate notification of the State Patent Bureau.
