Details Details Year of Version 2018 Dates Amended: June 28, 2018 Entry into force: August 21, 2015 Enacted: August 21, 2015 Type of Text IP-related Laws Subject Matter Copyright and Related Rights (Neighboring Rights), Other Notes This consolidated version of the Television and Radio Broadcasting Law ((also called the "Broadcasting Law") takes into account amendments up to Law Amending the Law on Television and Radio Broadcasting (Law No. 19/2018 of June 28, 2018), which entered into force on June 28, 2018. Among other provisions, Section 71 under Chapter 9 of this consolidated Law states that a copy of a historically valuable television and radio program must be sent to the National Archives and the National Museum and the copyright of such programs is owned by the copyright holder.
