This law was published in the Belgian Official Gazette (Moniteur Belge) on April 21, 2022, and entered into force on May 1, 2022. Book XI (Titles I to X) of this consolidated version of the Code of Economic Law provides the legal framework for all types of intellectual property rights and trade secrets.
