Details Details Year of Version 2022 Dates Consolidated: January 1, 2022 Entry into force: January 1, 1996 Adopted: April 25, 1995 Type of Text Main IP Laws Subject Matter Patents (Inventions), Utility Models Subject Matter (secondary) Plant Variety Protection, Enforcement of IP and Related Laws, Genetic Resources, IP Regulatory Body Notes This consolidated text of January 1, 2022, of Act No. XXXIII of 1995 on the Protection of Inventions by Patents takes into account amendments up to "Act CXXII of 2021 on Amendments to Certain Judicial Laws and Related Laws", which was published in the Official Gazette on November 17, 2021, and entered into force on January 1, 2022. Article 3 of the said amending Act No. CXXII of 2021 introduced amendments (came into effect on January 1, 2022 ) to Articles to 19 to 27 of this consolidated version.
