Section 1, 9 and 10 of the said amending SOR/2022-12, which entered into force on July 1, 2022, provide amendments to the following sections of this consolidated version of the Patent Rules: - Section 1(3); - Section 58(5) and Section 62(3) & (4) under Part I (Rules of General Application).
