Details Details Year of Version 2022 Dates Entry into force: May 7, 2022 Issued: April 19, 2022 Type of Text Implementing Rules/Regulations Subject Matter Industrial Property Notes Order No. 1532 of April 19, 2022 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade was issued in accordance with paragraph 1 of Decision No. 506 of March 29, 2022, of the Government of the Russian Federation. The said Order contains the complete list of goods that fall outside the scope of subparagraph 6 of Article 1359 (Actions Not Deemed an Infringement of the Exclusive Right to an Invention, Utility Model or Industrial Design) and Article 1487 (The Exhaustion of the Exclusive Right to a Trademark) of the Civil Code, provided that the said products (product groups) are put into circulation outside the territory of the Russian Federation by rights holders (patent holders), as well as with their consent.
