Article 3 of the said amending Law No. 20.997 introduced the following amendments to Article 4 under Title II (the National Director of the Service) of the Organic Law on the National Customs Service approved by Decree No. 329: 1. Delete pargraph number 19. 2. Incorporate paragraph numeber 29.
