Plant Variety Rights Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Plant Variety Rights Act 1987.

Commencement

1. These Regulations commence on 1 July 1990.

2. Schedule 2 to the Plant Variety Rights Regulations is repealed and the following Schedule substituted:
