Law No. 596-XV of November 1, 2001 on amending the Customs Code of the Republic of Moldova*
[The Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova No. 141-143/1105 of November 22, 2001]
The Parliament shall adopt the present organic law.
Article 1. In the Customs Code of the Republic of Moldova (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, No. 160-162, Art. 201), the syntagma “The Customs Control Department” shall be replaced with the syntagma “The Customs Department”.

Parlamentul adoptă prezenta lege organică.
Articol unic. – În Codul vamal al Republicii Moldova (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2000, nr.160162, art.1201), sintagma ″Departamentul Controlului Vamal″ se înlocuieşte cu sintagma ″Departamentul Vamal″.

ЗАКОН
о внесении изменения в Таможенный кодекс Республики Молдова
Парламент принимает настоящий органический закон.
По всему тексту Таможенного кодекса Республики Молдова
(Официальный монитор Республики Молдова, 2000 г., № 160162, ст.1201) слова "Департамент таможенного контроля" заменить словами "Таможенный департамент" в соответствующих падежах.
