Le President de la Republique, Vu la constitution et notamment son article 32, Vu la loi n° 2003-59 du 4 aofit 2003, portant

approbation de l'adhesion de lao Republique Tunisienne au traite de Budapest sur la reconnaissance intemationale du depot des micro-organismes aux fins de la procedure en matiere de brevets) adopte aBudapest Ie 28 avril 1977 et rnodifie Ie 26 septembre 1980 et a son reglernent d'execution,

Decrete :

Article premier, -Est ratifiee, l'adhesion de 1a Republique Tunisienne au traite de Budapest sur -la reconnaissance internationale du depot des microorganismes aux fins de la procedure en matiere de brevets, adopte a Budapest Ie 28 avril 1977 et rnodifie Ie 26 septembre 1980 et ason reglernent d'execution,

Art. 2. -Le ministre des affaires etrangeres est charge de l'execution du present decret qui sera public au Journal . Officiel de la Republique Tunisienne.
