This consolidated text of Law of Ukraine of No. 3689-XII of December 15, 1993, on Protection of Rights to Trademarks incorporates all the amendments up to Law No. 850-IV of May 22, 2003, on Amendments of Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding Protection of Intellectual Property.
