COPYR1GHT (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 2007 (COMMENCEMENT) NOTICE 2008

Under section 2(2) of the Copyright (Amendment) Ordinance 2007 (15 of 2007), I appoint 25 April 2008 as the day on which the following sections of the Ordinance shall come into operation

(a): section 6(1) (insofar as it relates to the new section 25(1)(c));
(b): section 47(2) (insofar as it relates to paragraph (c) of the new definition of "rental right" in section 198(1)); and
(c): section 75 (insofar as it relates to Part 3 of the new Schedule 7 but only to the extent that Part 3 of the new' Schedule 7 relates to the transitional provisions and savings in relation to the amendments effected by section 6 (insofar as it relates to the new section 25(1)(c))).

《2008年〈2007年版權 (修訂)條例〉 (生效日期)公告》

現根據《2007年版權 (修訂)條例》(2007年第 15號)第 2(2)條，指定 2008年 4月 25日為該條例以下條文開始實施的日期——

(a) 第 6(1)條 (在它與新的第 25(1)(c)條有關的範圍內)；

(b) 第 47(2)條 (在它與第 198(1)條中 “租賃權”的新定義的 (c)段有關的範圍內)；及
