Harmonization of the Greek broadcasting legislation on the provisions of Directive 97/36 of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 30, 1997 (EU no. L202 of Directive 89/552/EEC of the Council (EU no. L 298 of 17.10.89 p. 23) on the provision of services”

ARTICLE 10

Transmission of European works – Independent producers (articles 4, 5, 6, 7 and 9 of Directive 89/552/EEC as amended by Directive 97/36 EC)

8. The transmission of European works is allowed only during the time periods agreed with the holders of the relevant copyrights.
