    INTEGRATED CIRCUITS ACT (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER

    (Section 29)

    [28th July, 2001.]

    Short title. 1. This Order may be cited as the

    PROTECTION OF LAYOUT œ DESIGNS (TOPOGRAPHIES) OF INTEGRATED CIRCUITS ACT (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER.

    Commencement 2. In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 29 of the

    of Chapter 256. Protection of Layout - Designs (Topographies) of Integrated Circuits Act, and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, GODFREY SMITH, Attorney General, do hereby appoint the 9th day of July, 2001, as the day on which the said Act shall come into force.
