AN ACT TO AMEND THE REGISTRATION OF BUSINESS NAMES ACT, CHAP. 78:46.
BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Dominica as follows:
t. This Act may be cited as the REGISTRATION OF BUSINESS NAMES
(AMENDMENT) ACT, 2008.

Interpretation. Chap. 78:46.
Amendment of section 2 of the Act.
2. In this Act the Registration of Business Names Act is referred to as "the Act".
3. Section 2 subsection (1) of the Act is amended by replacing the definition of "Registrar" with the following:
4. This Act shall be deemed to have come into effect as of the }"I November, 2007.
