Paris Act (1971): Objection by the Federal Republic of Germany (July 23, 2004): "The Federal Republic of Germany hereby raises an objection to the declaration on 23 March 2004 by the Republic of Turkey concerning Article 33(1) of the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works of 9 September 1886, as revised at Paris on 24 July 1971.
