The Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) presents his compliments to the Minister for Foreign Affairs and has the honor to notify him of the deposit by the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, on December 23, 1976, of its instrument of ratification of the Locarno Agreement Establishing an International Classification for Industrial Designs, signed at Locarno on October 8, 1968.
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9(3)(b), the said Agreement will enter into force, with respect to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, three months after the date of this notification, that is, on March 30, 1977.
