The Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) presents his compliments to the Minister for Foreign Affairs and has the honor to notify him of the deposit by the Government of the Republic of Austria, on January 23, 1979, of its instrument of ratification of the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) done at Washington on June 19, 1970.
The said Treaty will enter into force, with respect to the Republic of Austria, three months after the date on which it deposited its instrument of ratification, that is, on April 23, 1979.
