The Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) presents his compliments to the Minister for Foreign Affairs and, in conformity with the provisions of Article 13(4) of the Convention for the Protection of Producers of Phonograms Against Unauthorized Duplication of Their Phonograms, has the honor to inform him that, according to the notification received from the Secretary-General of the United Nations, the Government of New Zealand deposited, on May 3, 1976, its instrument of accession to the said Convention.
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 11(2), the Convention will enter into force, with respect to New Zealand, three months after the date of this notification, that is, on August 13, 1976.
