Date of Commencement: Intellectual Property Tribunal Act [Chapter 26:08] (No. 5 of2001)
HIS Excellency the President, in terms of section 1(2) of the Intellectual Property Tribunal Act [Chapter 26:08] (No. 50f2001), hereby fixes the date of publication of this statutory instrument as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
