Pursuant to section 114 and 115 of the Patents Act 1953, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.

Regulations
1 Title
(1) These regulations are the Patents (Patent Cooperation Treaty) Amendment Regulations 2001.
(2) In these regulations, the Patents (Patent Cooperation Treaty) Regulations 1992 are called “the principal regulations”.
2 Commencement
These regulations come into force on 1 January 2002.
3 English translation of documents as required
(1) Substituted expression in r3(1) of principal regulations.
(2) Substituted r3(4) for revoked r3(4) & (5) of principal regulations.
