MINISTERIAL ORDER NO. 13 OF 1978 WITH RESPECT TO AMENDING THE REGULATIONS FOR IMPLEMENTING THE PATENTS, DESIGNS AND TRADE MARKS REGULATION OF 1955 AMENDED BY LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO.22 OF 1977
The Minister of Commerce and Agriculture
Upon reviewing the Patents, Designs and Trade Marks Regulations of 1955 amended by Amiri Decree No.22 of 1977,
and upon reviewing Ministerial Order No. 2 of 1978 with respect to the regulations for implementing the Patents, Designs and Trader Marks Regulations of 1955 amended by Legislative Decree No.22 of 1977,
hereby orders:
Article 1
Appendix No.3 annexed to Ministerial Order No.2 of 1978 with respect to the Regulations for implementing the Patents, Designs and Trade Marks Regulation of 1955, shall be replaced by the following appendix regarding the categories of service marks:

Telecommunications services |
(Class 38) |

Any other services which are not included in the types of the foregoing services |

Article 2
The Assistant Undersecretary for Commercial Affairs, Ministry of Commerce and Agriculture shall implement this Order which shall come into effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
