List of Countries to which Canada Accords Reciprocal Protection under the Act
The Minister of Consumer and Corporate Affairs pursuant to subparagraph 4(1)(c)(iii) of the Integrated Circuit Topography Act, hereby certifies that the countries listed in the schedule hereto are countries that confer protection that is substantially equal to the protection conferred by that Act on nationals of Canada and individuals or legal entities that have in Canada a real and effective establishment for the creation of topographies or the manufacture of integrated circuit products.

Le ministre de la Consommation et des Affaires commerciales certifie que, en vertu du sous- alinéa 4(1)c)(iii) de la Loi sur les topographies de circuits intégrésNote de bas de page *, les pays énumérés à l’annexe ci-après sont des pays qui accordent substantiellement la même protection que cette loi accorde à un ressortissant du Canada et à une personne physique ou morale qui a un établissement effectif et sérieux au Canada en vue de la création de topographies ou de la fabrication de circuits intégrés
