PREAMBLE
WE, THE PEOPLE OF TAJIKISTAN,
as an inseparable part of the world community; HEREBY ADOPT AND DECLARE THIS CONSTITUTION. CHAPTER ONE THE FUNDAMENTALS OF THE Article 1.
