KNOWLEDGE DEVELOPMENT BOX (CERTIFICATION OF INVENTIONS) ACT 2017 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER 2017
I, MARY MITCHELL O’CONNOR, Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Inno vation, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1(3) of the Know ledge Development Box (Certification of Inventions) Act 2017 (No. 6 of 2017), hereby make the following order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Knowledge Development Box (Certification of Inventions) Act 2017 (Commencement) Order 2017.
2. The 19th day of May 2017 is appointed as the day on which the Knowledge Development Box (Certification of Inventions) Act 2017 (No. 6 of 2017) shall come into operation.
