PATENTS (AMENDMENT) RULES 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 115 of the Patents Act, the Minister for Law, after consulting with the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore, hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1. These Rules may be cited as the Patents (Amendment) Rules 2007 and shall come into operation on 1st February 2007.
Amendment of First Schedule
2. The First Schedule to the Patents Rules (R 1) is amended —
(a) by deleting “1,600” in the second column of item 11 and substituting “1,750”;
(b) by deleting “2,300” in the second column of item 12 and substituting “2,600”;
(c) by deleting “1,050” in the second column of item 13 and substituting “1,100”;

(d) by deleting “150” in the second column of item 16(a) and substituting “160”;
(e) by deleting “250” in the second column of item 16(b) and substituting “270”;
(f) by deleting “75” in the second column of item 56 (a) and substituting “80”;
(g) by deleting “125” in the second column of item 56 (b) and substituting “135”; and
