COPYRIGHT (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1997
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 202 of the Copyright Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Copyright (Amendment) Regulations 1997 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st October 1995.
Amendment of First Schedule
2. Part IV of the First Schedule to the Copyright Regulations (Rg 4) is amended by deleting item (76) and substituting the following item:
“ (76) Singapore Power Training
Institute 1A Woodleigh Park Singapore 357874.
