PURSUANT to the Patents Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.
Regulations
1 Title and commencement
(1) These regulations may be cited as the Patents (Patent Cooperation Treaty) Amendment Regulations 1999, and are part of the Patents (Patent Cooperation Treaty) Regulations 1992 (“the principal regulations”).
(2) These regulations come into force on 1 July 1999.

Substituted Schedule of principal regulations as set out in the Schedule to these regulations.
