Having regard to the Constitution;
Having regard to Letter No. 2000-06/AN/CAB/CONF of February 1, 2000 from the President of the National Assembly, forwarding for enactment Law No. 032/99/AN of December 22, 1999;
D E C R E E S
ARTICLE 1: Law No. 032/99/AN of December 22, 1999, on the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works is hereby enacted.
ARTICLE 2: This Decree shall be published in the Official Journal of Burkina Faso.

ARTICLE 2 : Le present decret sera public au Journal Officiel du Faso.
