Regulations 1 Title and commencement
(1) TheseregulationsmaybecitedasthePatents(PatentCooperation Treaty) Regulations 1992.
(2) Theseregulationsshallcomeintoforceon1December1992.
2 Interpretation
In these regulations, unless the contextotherwise requires,— the Act means the Patents Act 1953
Article means an Article of the Patent Cooperation Treaty certificate of verification means a statement— - (a)
- that a document to which the statement relates is a true and complete translation of the accompanying document to the best of the knowledg
