《2013年註冊外觀設計條例 (修訂附表 )規例》
(由行政長官會同行政會議根據《註冊外觀設計條例》 (第 522章 )第 83條訂立 )
1. 生效日期 本規例自 2013年 6月 28日起實施。
2. 修訂《註冊外觀設計條例》 《註冊外觀設計條例》(第 522章 )現予修訂，修訂方式列於第 3條。
3. 修訂附表 (巴黎公約國及世界貿易組織成員 ) (1) 附表，在“已加入《巴黎公約》的國家”標題下的列表——
按筆劃數目順序加入 “文萊達魯薩蘭國”。
(2) 附表，在“已加入《巴黎公約》的國家”標題下的列表—— (a) 廢除
“大阿拉伯利比亞人民社會主義民眾國”； (b) 按筆劃數目順序加入
“利比亞”。 (3) 附表，在 “已加入《世界貿易組織協議》的國家、地區或地方
(但並不包括已加入《巴黎公約》的國家 )”標題下的列表——

(Made by the Chief Executive in Council under section 83 of the Registered Designs Ordinance (Cap. 522))
1. Commencement
This Regulation comes into operation on 28 June 2013.
2. Registered Designs Ordinance amended
The Registered Designs Ordinance (Cap. 522) is amended as set out in section 3.
3. Schedule amended (Paris Convention countries and WTO members)
(1) The Schedule, list under heading “Countries which have acceded to the Paris Convention”, after item “The Federative Republic of Brazil”—
Add
“Brunei Darussalam”.
(2) The Schedule, list under heading “Countries which have acceded to the Paris Convention”—
Repeal
“The Great Socialist People’s Libyan Arab Jamahiriya”
Substitute
“Libya”.
(3) The Schedule, list under heading “Countries, territories and areas which have acceded to the World Trade Organization Agreement (not including countries which have acceded to the Paris Convention)”—
