This consolidated version of the Patents Act incorporates all the amendments up to "Act No. 49 of June 21, 2019, on Amendments to the Patents Act, etc. (Simplification)", which entered into force on July 1, 2019.
The said amending Act No. 49 of June 21, 2019 introduced amendments to the following provisions of this consolidated version:
- Chapter 1, section 2, paragraph 4 (added); section 3c, second setence (repealed);
- Chapter 2, section 8, paragraphs 2 & 5 (amended); section 8a, paragraph 1, first sentence (amended); section 18, paragraph 1, second sentence (amended); section 19, paragraph 2 (amended); section 20 (amended); section 21, paragraph 1, first sentence (amended); section 24, paragraph 2, second sentence (amended); section 25, paragraph 1, No. 2. (amended); section 27, paragraph 1, second sentence (amended) & third sentence (repealed);
- Chapter 3, section 28, paragraph 2, third sentence & paragraph 4 (added); section 36, paragraph 1, first & second sentences (amended); section 38, paragraph 2, second sentence (amended);
- Chapter 4, section 39a, paragraph 1 & paragraph 3 (amended); section 39b, paragraph 1, section 39d, paragraph 2, second sentence (amended), paragraph 2, third sentence (repealed);
- Chapter 6, section 50a, paragraph 1, third sentence (amended)
- Chapter 7, section 52, paragraph 1(amended); section 52b (added); section 52d, paragraph 1, first sentence & paragraph 2, first sentence (amended); section 52e, paragraph 1, third sentence (amended), paragraph 5, fourth sentence (repealed);
- Chapter 10, section 63a (repealed); section 64, paragraph 1, second sentence (amended);
- Chapter 10a, section 66e, third sentence (added); section 66j, paragraph 1, first sentence (amended);
- Chapter 11, section 68, paragraph 1, first sentence (amended); section 72 (amended) & section 73, paragraph 1 (amended).
