COPYRIGHT (~~NDlVIEl\TT)ORDIN~~CE2007 (COMMENCEMENT) (NO.3) NOTICE 2008
Under section 2(2) of the Copyright (Amendment) Ordinance 2007 (15 of 2007), I appoint 11 July 2008 as the day on which the following sections of the Ordinance shall come into operation-· '
- (a)
- section 68 (insofar as it has not come into operation); and
- (b)
- section 69 (insofar as it has not caIne into operation).

現根據《2007年版權 (修訂)條例》(2007年第 15號)第 2(2)條，指定 2008年 7月 11日為該條例以下條文開始實施的日期——
(a) 第 68條 (在它尚未實施的範圍內)；及
(b) 第 69條 (在它尚未實施的範圍內)。
