The Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) presents his compliments to the Minister for Foreign Affairs and, in accordance with the provisions of the above international instrument, has the honor to notify him that the Government of the Swiss Confederation deposited, on January 27, 1971, its instrument of ratification, dated January 14, 1971, of the Locarno Agreement Establishing an International Classification for Industrial Designs, signed at Locarno on October 8, 1968.
A separate notification is being made of the entry into force of the said Agreement.
