The Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) presents his compliments to the Minister for Foreign Affairs and has the honor to notify him of the deposit by the Government of the Central African Empire, on May 23, 1978, of its instrument of ratification of the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property of March 20, 1883, as revised at Stockholm on July 14, 1967.
The Central African Empire will belong to Class VII for the purpose of establishing its contribution towards the budget of the Paris Union.
The Stockholm Act (1967) of the said Convention will enter into force, with respect to the Central African Empire, three months after the date of this notification, that is, on September 5, 1978.
