Supporting Design Culture in Cambodia

That was the scenario the WIPO Singapore Office faced when we organized the Webinar for Cambodia on Protecting Designs Internationally with The Hague System, but thanks to the excellent support of our co-organizers, the IP Association of Cambodia, the event went smoothly and resulted in some excellent information exchange and a lively Q&A session.

Almost 60 IP professionals, representatives of local businesses, university professors and government officials joined the webinar that featured presentations from WIPO staff in Geneva.

The webinar was part of a strategic effort to increase awareness of the benefits the Hague System can offer to designers and businesses in those ASEAN member states who have acceded to the Geneva Act (1999) of the Hague Agreement.
