This Resolution makes provision for the destruction of documents relating to applications for patents, trademarks and industrial designs filed not less than 5 years before the time of destruction.
Article 2 of the Civil Code stipulates: “Laws shall not be binding until after their publication, and as of the stated day. If no day is stated, they shall become binding eight days after their publication.”
This Resolution was published in the Official Gazette on October 22, 2012 (B.O. 22/10/12), with no specific date of entry into force; based on Article 2 of the Civil Code it entered into force eight days after its publication.
