'The said Governmental Decision approves the List of Trademarks Determined as State Property, that were used by two or more legal entities before 1 January 1992.'

Întru realizarea prevederilor Legii nr. 588-XIII din 22 septembrie
1995 "Privind mărcile şi denumirile de origine ale produselor"
(Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 1996, nr. 8-9, art. 76), cu
modificările şi completările ulterioare, precum şi a pct. 2 al Hotărîrii
Guvernului Republicii Moldova nr. 852 din 16 august 2001 "Cu privire la
modul de folosire a mărcilor - proprietate a statului" (Monitorul
Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2001, nr. 100-101, art. 886), Guvernul
Republicii Moldova HOTĂRĂŞTE:

Se aprobă Lista mărcilor declarate proprietate a statului, deţinute
şi folosite legal pînă la 1 ianuarie 1992 de douăşi mai multe persoane
juridice, conform anexei.

В целях реализации положений Закона N 588-XIII от 22 сентября 1995
г. "О товарных знаках и наименованиях мест происхождения товаров"
(Официальный монитор Республики Молдова, 1996 г., N 8-9, ст. 76), с
последующими изменениями и дополнениями, а также пункта 2 Постановления
Правительства Республики Молдова N 852 от 16 августа 2001 г. "О порядке
использования товарных знаков, являющихся государственной
собственностью" (Официальный монитор Республики Молдова, 2001 г.,
N 100-101, ст. 886) Правительство Республики Молдова ПОСТАНОВЛЯЕТ:

Утвердить Перечень товарных знаков, являющихся государственной
собственностью, которые до 1 января 1992 г. законно принадлежали и
использовались двумя и более юридическими лицами (пpилагается).
