REGULATION for Implementing the Design Law No. 129/1992
Protection Conditions The legal protection of designs shall be ensured according to the provisions of the Design Law No. 129/1992, as republished1), while observing the conventions, treaties and agreements to which Romania is a party.
Within the meaning of the present regulation, the terms and expressions below are
