Paragraph 3(b)(xii) of the Rules for Eligibility Requirements Dispute Resolution Policy for .NAME (ERDRP Rules), requires a party initiating a complaint to send its complaint to the party identified as the Respondent and to the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center (Center) together with a coversheet. For this purpose the Center has provided two sets of standard Complaint Transmittal Coversheets:
