At a time agreed to between WIPO and the IP Office, WIPO would undertake a second assessment, checking off all the activities/improvements/identified issues indicated in the Road Map, to ensure that the Office will be an effective and fully functioning member of the Madrid System.

The contents of this second assessment would depend on the elements detailed in the Road Map established by the Office together with WIPO.
