You can also request a change in the holder’s name or and/or address using Madrid System Form MM9. However, we strongly recommend that you do this online through eMadrid.

Note: If using Form MM9, you must send the completed form to your "home" intellectual property (IP) Office, who will transmit it to us on your behalf. You can find IP Office contact details in our Madrid System Member Profiles under eMadrid.
