《2015年註冊外觀設計條例 (修訂附表 )規例》
(由行政長官會同行政會議根據《註冊外觀設計條例》(第 522章 )第 83條訂立 )
1. 生效日期 本規例自 2015年 11月 27日起實施。
2. 修訂《註冊外觀設計條例》 《註冊外觀設計條例》(第 522章 )現予修訂，修訂方式列於第 3條。
3. 修訂附表 (巴黎公約國及世界貿易組織成員 ) (1) 附表，在“已加入《巴黎公約》的國家”標題下的列表——
按筆劃數目順序加入 “科威特國”。
(2) 附表，中文文本，“已加入《世界貿易組織協議》的國家、 地區或地方 (但並不包括已加入《巴黎公約》的國家 )”標 題—— 廢除 “或” 代以 “及”。

Registered Designs Ordinance (Amendment of Schedule) Regulation 2015
(Made by the Chief Executive in Council under section 83 of the Registered Designs Ordinance (Cap. 522))
1. Commencement
This Regulation comes into operation on 27 November 2015.
2. Registered Designs Ordinance amended
The Registered Designs Ordinance (Cap. 522) is amended as set out in section 3.
3. Schedule amended (Paris Convention countries and WTO members)
(1) The Schedule, list under heading “Countries which have acceded to the Paris Convention”, after item “Republic of Korea”—
Add
“The State of Kuwait”.
(2) The Schedule, Chinese text, heading “已加入《世界貿易組 織協議》的國家、地區或地方 (但並不包括已加入《巴黎 公約》的國家)”— Repeal
“或” Substitute
“及”.

Repeal
“The Republic of Cape Verde”
Substitute
“The Republic of Cabo Verde”.
(4) The Schedule, list under heading “Countries, territories and areas which have acceded to the World Trade Organization Agreement (not including countries which have acceded to the Paris Convention)”—
Repeal
