ON THE ACCESSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA TO THE GENEVA ACT OF THE
HAGUE AGREEMENT CONCERNING THE INTERNATIONAL REGISTRATION OF
INDUSTRIAL DESIGNS AND THE REGULATIONS BASED ON THE GENEVA ACT, 1999
In reliance on the articles 78, 83 (1) and 121 of the Constitution on the proposal of the Council of Ministers
THE ASSEMBLY OF
THE REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA
DECIDED:
Article 1 The Republic of Albania accedes to the Geneva Act of the Hague Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Industrial Designs and the Regulations Based on the Geneva Act, 1999.
Article 2 This law enters into force 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Proclaimed by the Decree No. 5151 dated 12.12.2006 of the President of the Republic of Albania, Alfred Moisiu.
