Short title. 1. This Order may be cited as the

COPYRIGHT ACT (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER.

Commencement of 2. In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 2 of the

^{Act No. 12 of 2000.} Copyright Act (No. 12 of 2000), and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, GODFREY SMITH, Attorney General, do hereby appoint the 21^st day of August, 2000 as the day on which the said Act shall come into force.
